Identify

You identify a contract opportunity that you would like to bid for. If you need guidance, we can advise you on the bid/no bid decision.

Review & Quote

We review the PQQ or ITT documentation that the contracting authority has issued, to provide a quotation for you based on the level of support you need and the size and scope of the document.

Information Gathering

One of our Bid Writers works with your team to collect information to answer the PQQ or tender response. This is done on site or remotely through a series of interviews.

Writing & Quality Assurance

We complete the narrative responses based on your information, our knowledge and expertise, and research. All responses are quality assured and proof read by our team in line with our UKAS ISO 9001:2008-certified quality management system.

Final Amendments

All work is sent to you section by section for final amendments.

Submission

Any changes are made by us and the final bid is with you ahead of the deadline and ready for submission.
