The company was the incumbent for a large contract which was up for renewal and a “must win” bid for the client. The project saw us work closely alongside the company to refresh the submission and create a new response.
National Industrial Services Company – Strategic Bid Review Services
The company works across the whole of the UK, covering a range of industrial services from access and insulation to environmental services. We worked with the environmental sector developing their internal bid processes and reviewing previous submissions.
Major Facilities Management PLC – Bid management and writing
Although this company had existing bid teams, senior management felt the teams had grown stale and that the quality of both the content and the bid writing process had suffered, with submissions not reflecting organisational capabilities as well they should. The project lasted five months and involved building a solid bid management foundation from which to launch a powerful and persuasive bid submission.
London Underground Bid – Bid management, Writing and Planning
This project saw us utilise our bid management software to plan and manage the bid process for a London Underground station refurbishment project. Due to the short time scale we had to work quickly, utilising our bid acceleration process in order to meet the deadline of the submission.
ACME industrial services – Bid management
As part of a multi-national group, the UK office has a turnover of around £60 million – spread across three divisions. They have approximately 600 employees, and operate from 12 offices, nationally.

International Building Systems Manufacturer – Bid management
Many of the submissions we develop, and write, are from construction or construction related industries. We work with global corporations, regional companies and a variety of small to medium service providers. Contract award values range from as little as £100,000 to over £300 million. Standard forms of contract often include: Framework, NEC3, JCT, MTC, PFI, DBFO, D&B and ICE.
Facilities Management Retention – Bid management and tender writing retainer
This company had previously completed their own tenders but noticed their success rate slipping quite drastically. Following a gap analysis they decided to retain our services on an on-going basis in order to win more contracts.
Large Installation Framework – PQQ writing, tender writing
This project was for a large installation and repair framework and required both PQQ and tender writing services. The contract had over 50 lots and many narrative responses.
Large Multinational Corporation – Bid management services
This company have tendered for contracts all over the world, however this was their first UK public sector bid. The bid was very large with a contract value of £1billion, and took a total of four months to complete.
Family Run Domiciliary Care Company – Tender writing
Health and social care, in all its guises, represents a significant proportion of our business, and we have worked with a variety of providers. Some have been family run businesses specialising in a particular element, such as paediatrics or learning difficulties, while others offer a broad range of services which can include domiciliary care, end of life care, day and night care, specialist dementia care, domestic services and live-in carers.
Gas servicing client – Tender writing
We were approached by a privately owned, gas servicing company which wanted to win a prestigious gas servicing and maintenance tender in their local area. The company did have some small public sector contracts but had previously never formally written a tender of such importance. Winning this tender would make a significant difference to the business, as well as safeguarding a number of jobs.
Health and social care services – Tender writing
A multi-million pound turnover, national care company, which is both a non-profit organisation and is also a voluntary organisation, Genericare, have just under 2,000 employees and have been providing support to people with learning disabilities for over 20 years.
We provided bid management and bid writing services for two large tenders, along with formulating a bespoke mobilisation plan and an organisational chart which are usable for future submissions.
Multi-national IT solutions company – Bid management
A leading multi-national IT solutions company, bidding to gain a place on a hardware and infrastructure solutions framework, in the South East of England.
We provided bid management, tender workshops, competitor analysis and writing services.
Air-conditioning and refrigeration maintenance – PQQ and tender writing
A large, principal contractor involved in the repair and maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration units, throughout the South of England – with over 30 years of experience. They were bidding for an air-conditioning maintenance framework.
We provided writing and design services, on several submissions, over a two-year period.
Security services – PQQ and tender writing
A small to medium sized security company based in Liverpool, Qwerty, has a turnover of just over £2 million. They provide manned guarding, keyholder and special events security, as well as patrol and response, asset protection, training and cleaning services throughout the Merseyside area. We provided PQQ writing, tender writing, policy review and policy writing services with graphic design and formatting.
Environmental Analysis Company – Bid writing and bid management
We completed a very complex bid for environmental analysis services, comprising of 28 comprehensive narrative response. There was a range of both technical and non-technical responses with complex answers requiring examples and case studies.

A leading innovative delivery and leaflet distribution company, in London, approached us to complete a ‘must win’ distribution contract. They were the incumbent provider, and had been since 1985. We provided a combination of writing, design, bid management services and strategic advice.
