Introduced as part of changes ushered in by the Procurement Act 2023, the PSQ is a standardised document used to evaluate a supplier (much like the PQQ and SQ). It allows contracting authorities to receive core supplier information, exclusions and debarment information, and evaluate a supplier’s compliance and capability.
