    Overview of the CCS RM6394 Executive & Non-Executive Search 3

    The RM6394 framework will help you to recruit senior civil servants and public appointments, or equivalent, and will replace the existing RM6290 Executive Search.

    Core services under the agreement include:

    • Identifying and attracting potential applicants to apply for positions
    • Assessment and evaluation
    • Offer and appointment

    The framework currently covers executive search (Grade 6, SCS1, SCS2, SCS3 and SCS4) and non-executive/public appointments, split across two different lots.

    The total value of this contract is estimated at £45,000,000 including VAT with estimated contract dates of August 2026 through to 2030.
