Being a full-time bid writer can be a stressful and non-stop job, but if you work for a consultancy that writes tenders across all industry sectors, it can also be very interesting and varied!

April is a particularly busy time of year for us, and our team of writers are working on over 40 bid and tender submissions – we take a look at a few of our bid writers and their current projects.

Callum – bid co-ordinator

Callum is nearing his one-year anniversary with us and he works full-time on one of our largest accounts: a national lift maintenance company. We have worked with this client since 2016 and supported them on over 150 bids to date! Currently Callum is working on the following bids:

 Mary – bid writer

Mary has one of our highest success rates in the team and writes across all industry sectors – her background and previous career in research is very well-suited to the role of bid writer. She is working on the following tender submissions (which are very varied!):

 Alex – bid writer

Alex manages two of our long-term retention clients, as well as writing for other projects. This includes a grounds maintenance and cleaning company, and a painting and decorating company. Via our retainer agreement, they have access to Alex (and the rest of the team) for all their tendering requirements, and over the years we have built up a great understanding of both businesses. Alex is currently working on the following bids:
