Crown Commercial Service is setting up a new framework agreement under the Construction Works and Associated Services 3 & ProCure 24 contract (RM6320). This will give public sector organisations an easy way to buy construction work, along with any related goods and services, for buildings and infrastructure projects.

Overview of the CCS RM6320 framework agreement

The current framework is set to expire in 2026 and the pipeline information advising of the January 2026 retender is now available.

This framework will provide a range of construction works including repair and maintenance, building work, civil engineering, architectural services, modular buildings and demolition works.

The forthcoming agreement will replace the following frameworks:

  • RM6088 Construction Works and Associated Services
  • RM6267 Construction Works and Associated Services 2 (CWAS2) / ProCure 23 (P23)
  • RM6184 Offsite Construction Solutions

With an estimated total value of £96,000,000,000 including VAT and with estimated contract dates running from 22 July 2026 to 21 July 2034, it is crucial that you seek professional bid writing support as soon as possible.

RM6320 lot structure

The specific lot structure and specialisms are yet to be determined and will be decided following customer and supplier engagement. 

Following recent engagement, it is thought the lot structure will resemble the following:

    • Expected to award to 105 suppliers 
  • Civil engineering and infrastructure
    • 27 lots available
    • Split into 6 value bands with regional sub lots
    • Expected to award to 90 suppliers 
  • Offsite construction/industrialised construction  
    • 7 lots available 
    • Split into 2 value banded sub lots 
    • Expected to award to 100 suppliers 
  • Further specialised lots for defence, nuclear and overseas.
