Here’s how it works;
If you engage one of our interim executives but are looking for a long term executive
your placement from Executive Compass and the Executive Compass management team will support you in finding a permanent replacement and we will only charge a retention and introduction fee plus any advertising costs, we will not charge a completion fee. Why? Because we don’t want to have our cake and eat it!
In the meantime our interim executive will run the business, Executive Compass Recruitment will undertake your candidate search and Executive Compass Business Consultants, along with the interim placement will undertake a discounted price business microscope for the whole of the business or if you prefer, we will focus on a particular element.
If during the course of the relationship you decide to recruit the Executive Compass interim candidate, that’s ok too. We will charge a much, much smaller finder’s fee than traditional recruitment companies and it is a flat pre-agreed fee.
