1. Submit CV
2. If initially suitable you will be invited to undertake a telephone interview.
3. Depending on the outcome of the telephone interview, you will be sent a questionnaire
4. Return questionnaire
5. 2nd telephone interview with different director
6. Psychometric test (sometimes we wait until a specific role is identified)
7. 1to1 interview
8. Added to the talent bank
9. Monthly update and feedback
