Recruitment Criteria
- Previous MD or Chief Exec , General Manager or Director Note: GM’s must have worked at the highest level and have substantial experience
- Substantial experience of managing across functions. Specialists will be considered depending on overall experience
- Qualifications are not as important as a track record but do add value. All qualifications will be checked.
- Prepared to undergo psychometric testing
- Member of IOD, CMI or similar professional body would be useful.
- Checkable work history
- References.
- Able to drive and car owner
- Previous experience of head hunting and search and selection would be advantageous
