Top Quality Bid Writers
We are very pleased to announce that we been awarded ISO 9001:2008. We are one of only a very few bid and
tender writing firms to hold a UKAS certified ISO for bid writing and associated activities.
This means much more to us than simply “having the badge”. We have worked very hard to come up with innovative systems and processes across all parts of the business. Many of our competitors have turned to copying us, quite blatantly in some cases, and while it is flattering, perhaps it is time they came up with some ideas of their own.
We are determined to be market leaders: this award is a clear demonstration of that. However, it does not stop here; we already have plans in place to increase our quality standards still further and ensure that customers can see a clear differentiation between us and other firms offering similar services.
Yes, customers receive high quality
tender writing services from us, but it goes beyond that. We measure our success rates, we listen to our customers and we have developed a unique and very successful method of writing bids that no other company can replicate. ISO 9001:2008 assures our customers of quality, tells our competitors we are constantly improving and lets our staff know they are working for a professional tender writing company that is at the very top of its profession.
Freelance writers are often amazed at how tough it is to be retained by Executive Compass. No telephone interviews and a quick CV review and off you go! We have a detailed recruitment process and few make it all the way through; this is one of the reasons we decided to hire highly intelligent and articulate graduates and train them in our unique system. It is the only way we can maintain and guarantee such high quality PQQ and tender submissions.
These are exciting times. The next stage of our development is already under way and the whole team is involved. Every one of our writers is involved in our success, so before we look to the future I would like to take a moment and thank everyone who has helped us achieve the award.
Michael, Kaye, Liz, Luke, Richard, John, Nigel, Stephanie, Suraj, Andy and Pete. You have all played a part.
Ta very much!
